The Blade of My Brother is my passion project- a fan art comic book that takes place in an alternate reality in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle and Stan Sakai’s Usagi Yojimbo universe. Set in Edo period Japan, the story follows a General turned Ronin- Usagi Miyamoto. Usagi is entangled in a world 10 years after a war between humans and Yokai (mutants). The Yokai were victorious and now rule Japan with the new Shogunate. Usagi is at odds with a country ruled by his former brothers in arms, The Himato clan (The Turtles), putting him in conflict between loyalty to his kind and what is just…
